In fact, it’s still the best way for getting what we desire in life.
A critical part of the process begins, however, before a single action is taken. You’ve got to write it down and get your brain to think about it.
This happens most effectively when you keep the list in front of you daily. It’s a reminder for your brain that trains it to work toward completing goals.
Remember, we didn’t learn to use the computer right away. It took practice to learn how to point, click and type.
